Buk Paw is just three years old.

She lives in a refugee camp close to the Burma border.

Buk Paw before: And just four days after surgery - she is still a little bruised and sore in this photograph. However, this will improve quickly.

They say money can't buy happiness, but - it has made this little three year old very happy.
